As a subsidiary of Competo Capital Partners, we are a specialized company for real estate mezzanine loans and are fully committed to the investment objectives of our clients. As a capital management company (KVG), we manage two loan funds as closed-end investment capital management companies. On average, we manage 15 ongoing loans with a current investment volume of around 1 billion euros.

Investment focus: low-risk real estate projects in Germany (with building permits and a high degree of cost and marketing certainty).
