Together with our long-standing project partner, W2 Development GmbH, we have acquired an office and commercial building in Stuttgart’s prime city center location at Königsstrasse 35, the city’s main shopping street and one of the busiest shopping streets in Germany. The building, which was erected in 1911 and rebuilt after its destruction in 1949, will be demolished and replaced by a new six-storey building with around 3,700 square meters of commercial space, divided into office and retail space. The building also has its own underground parking garage. The renowned Stuttgart architectural firm willwersch architekten bda riba was commissioned with the planning.
