The mezzanine funds are tailored for project developers looking to secure a capital partner for their real estate projects in Germany. We focus on developments in asset classes including office, residential, retail, logistics, hotels, and mixed-use properties, within Germany’s top seven cities and metropolitan areas, as well as prime locations in secondary cities. The risk profile is structured so that, at the time of investment, traditional criteria such as building permits, preliminary leasing agreements, or cost certainty must be largely met. The mezzanine loans have terms ranging from 6 months to 3 years and offer a fixed interest rate without any equity claim.
